Thrive hosts conversations to help churches reach out to the lonely
Throughout November, Thrive Together Birmingham is offering four free events which welcome Churches in the Birmingham, Solihull, and Sandwell to join a conversation on the important role churches play in reducing loneliness for people as they age in their neighbourhood.
These events will also provide an insight into a unique collaboration between, Thrive Together Birmingham and Linking Lives UK and how together we can address issues of loneliness for local people through befriending.
All sessions will be conducted over zoom and we are inviting members from local churches and Christian organisations to participate in the discussions.
The four free events, organised by Thrive Together Birmingham and Linking Lives UK and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, will take place on:
